Sandwich Special 2/19 – 2/24

This week’s sandwich special is a party in your mouth from South of the Border…

The Cemita is Gutenfleischers HM ham, avocado purée, red salsa, Teese mozzarella, red onion and your choice of regular toppings on a housemade cemita roll.

And to complement the sandwich, this week’s soup special is Tortilla Soup, gluten-free and soy-free. Bowl and cake stand by Jeanette Zeis.

Socialize with vegans!

If you’d like to meet some other vegans in a casual, friendly setting, the Atlanta Vegan Lunch Group might be for you! Members come from all walks of life. The group meets periodically for lunch at a local restaurant or they hold a potluck. Join the Facebook group to find out about future meetings. April 20th they will meet here!

Valentine’s Dinner

Our 7:30pm seating for the Valentine’s Dinner is full but there are a few seats left for 10pm. We also have a wait list in case of cancellations.

Pizza Party!

We’re throwing a pizza party to help our friend Nicholas Gjoka, a rad vegan, xc mountain biker, on his way to the US Nationals! You can also purchase a $1 raffle ticket at the bakery for a chance to win a $30 Dough Bakery gift certificate. Winner will be announced at the pizza party. Dough Bakery Book Club

Our first meeting will be Sunday, February 3rd at 1pm. We’ll hammer out regular meeting times, figure out frequency and what kind of pace we want to adopt. And chose our first title. We also have a Google+ community for the club, but it is not mandatory for participation.

Guess what, people? It’s time to bring back one of your favorite specials…

The Gyro wrap is Gutenfleischers GO Gyro Meat on house made pita bread with Tzatziki Sauce and Hummus and your choice of sandwich toppings. This week’s soup is Lentil with wilted greens.

Valentine’s Dinner

Reserve your spot at our Valentine’s Dinner February 14th! Seating is limited to 6 couples for the 7:30pm seating and 6 couples and 8 singles for the 10pm seating.

Football Party Snacks

So we understand there’s some big football game coming up and that people like to throw parties for this game. If you’re one of those people or have been invited to such a thing, maybe we can help out with food. We do party trays, appetizers, pimento cheese, cakes, cupcakes, etc. Let us know what you need and we’ll see what we can do for you!

Raffle to Support Vegan Bike Racer

We are currently selling $1 raffle tickets for a chance at a $30 Dough Bakery gift certificate to help our friend Nicholas Gjoka, a rad vegan, xc mountain biker, on his way to the US Nationals! Book Club

We’re starting a little book club that will meet here at Dough Bakery. The selections will focus on vegan, health and animal issue related books. If you’re interested, we’ve created a community to help get this off the ground. And yes, we are working on a movie night too!
